Relaxing Outdoor Spaces

Posted on

Creating a relaxing outdoor space doesn’t take much effort. From a large open space to an inner city balcony, it is all about filling the space with things that evoke a sense of relaxation in you personally. It doesn’t have to be any more complicated than a comfortable chair and a side table to hold your drink/books.

Below are a few of my favourite relaxing outdoor images, each one works for different reasons and has different size spaces but they all end up with the same result which is a relaxing outdoor environment.

  1. I agree, an outdoor space is somewhere you should be able to relax and unwind, its a private little sanctuary. It could be simple, or complex, laden with plants or just a few pots or furniture. There are so many options now, sometimes choosing a main outdoor feature and designing round that can have good end results.
